# 🧠 What even is this place?

This site is a wiki-ish page labyrinth where:

Most things are pages (you read them, edit them, link them).
Some things are tools (/+something) (they help you create, browse, send, upload).
Some things are actions (!something) (they bite onto a page and do stuff to it).

If you can type a URL, you can summon features. Yes, like magic. Yes, like cursed magic.

# 🗺️ Navigation: the three sacred prefixes

# 1) Normal pages
- Go to a page:
https://yoursite.example/some-page

If it doesn’t exist yet, you’ll usually see a “missing page” state — which is your cue to create it and bring it into this world.

# 2) Personal pages (/~you/…)
- Your personal corner lives under:
/~yourusername/

Examples:
- /~alex/
- /~alex/now
- /~alex/links

Think “home folder,” but with more vibes.

# 3) Tool pages (/+…)
These are the site’s internal organs. Handy ones you may see:

/+dashboard — your home base / recent stuff
/+new — create a new page
/+tags — browse tags (in this space)
/+mail — internal mailbox
/+album — album hub
/+album/new — album builder
/+spaces — browse spaces (if enabled)

# 🦷 Actions: page “modes” with !

On any page, you can add an action to the end of its URL:

!edit — edit this page
!talk — discussion thread attached to this page
!uploads — attachments for this page (files, media)
!log — history / activity log
!chat — live chat (usually ephemeral)
!pad — live collaborative scratchpad (usually ephemeral)

Example:

If a page is a body, !edit is the scalpel.

# 🧪 Editing pages: creation, mutation, survival

# Create a page
Use:
- /+new

Pick a title and/or slug.

Title = what humans see
Slug = what the URL uses

Slugs are automatically normalized (lowercase, spaces simplified). Don’t panic if punctuation turns into squiggles. That’s just the site chewing.

# Edit a page
Go to:
- /your-page!edit

Pages typically contain:
- Title
- Body (Markdown + special runes)
- Optional CSS / JS (advanced, use carefully or you will haunt yourself)
